§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Regulations') define the rules for using the Effortless HQ online educational platform (hereinafter 'Platform'), provided by Effortless Efficiency Solutions Inc., located at 1455 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6H 1H6, Canada.
  2. By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  4. These Regulations constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Administrator.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – The online educational platform available at our domain, operated by the Administrator.
  • User – Any natural person with full legal capacity who registers an Account and uses the Services provided by the Platform.
  • Account – A personal, password-protected profile created by the User to access the Services.
  • Services – All educational materials, tools, community features, and support provided by the Administrator through the Platform.
  • Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. The Platform provides paid access to a library of digital content, including articles, videos, and worksheets, focused on everyday efficiency, time management, and home organization. The scope of access depends on the subscription plan chosen by the User.
  2. Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Fees are charged in advance for the respective billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
  3. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the Platform is available 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond its control.
  4. The content provided on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The Administrator is not responsible for the results of actions taken based on the content.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  2. The User is responsible for ensuring their equipment and software meet these requirements. The Administrator is not responsible for technical problems resulting from the User's equipment.
  3. The quality of video content may vary depending on the User's internet connection speed and device capabilities.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User is obliged to provide true and accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. The Account is for personal use only and cannot be shared with others.
  2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and for all activities that occur under their Account. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
  3. All content on the Platform is the intellectual property of the Administrator and is protected by copyright law. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  4. The User agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the Platform's content without prior written consent from the Administrator. It is forbidden to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  5. The User agrees to use the community features (e.g., forums) in a respectful manner and not to post any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Regulations will be resolved by the competent court for the Administrator's registered office.
  2. These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
  3. If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
